1. How do i care for a lace wig?
Use gentle shampoos and conditioners, avoid excessive heat, and store it properly on a wig stand.
2. What does Density refer to?
We have 180% density and 250% density ,180% density looks more natural and 250% density is the thickest.
The density refers to how thick the hair is and what density you order is really based on personal choice. Most women achieve a natural appearance with light to medium or medium density; however, your choice will depend on your styling preferences and individual profile.
3. Can i dyed or bleached the hair?
All of our hair is 100% human virgin hair, it can be dyed with nice effect. We highly recommend you to find a hairdresser dye the extensions as you will get the results you want, coloring them by yourself always pose a high risk of not coming out the effect you want. Since virgin human hair will be easy to become dryness after leaving the hair donor, don't dye or restyle the hair too frequently, it may lead to shortening the lifespan of your hair and possibly cause damage.
4.Can I ask for small/large cap?
Our Stock Size is Medium which is 22.5 inches, and we have the combs and elastic band or adjustable straps inside.
Small Size is 21.5 inches, Large Size is 23.5 inches, you should know your own size and make a suitable decision.If you want small or large cap size you can contact our customer service staff.
5.Does the hair have a bad smell?
Promise no corn-chip chemical smell. Our hair is 100% chemical-free. We not only care about beauty but also our customer’s health! But we do wash the hair in production process, so it may have a little shampoo smell.
6.Can your wig use without glue? Can I make ponytail or bun?
Yes, our wigs are all new type clear lace, their hair is held in place with custom straps and combs at the back. So it's very safe and doesn't move at all. As for a ponytail or bun, absolutely yes, you can do it.
About Shipping
1. When will you ship the hair and How long is the shipping?
Usually we will send out the hair within 2-3 working days. For items not in stock, we will contact you and let you know. Shipment is proceeded by FedEx/DHL. America 3-4 working days, Europe 3-5 working days, Australia 3-5 working days, Middle East 3-5 days, Africa 4-7 days.
2. Is there any custom duties?
Custom duties depends on your country custom policy, we usually put low value on the invoice to avoid the potential tax. You can also tell us the value you want to declare when you place order.
3. Can I use Po.box as the shipping address?
P.O Box is not acceptable.
Make sure the shipping address is the same as the address you set in Paypal account, otherwise it will take time to verify and sometimes cause shipment pending. And pls don’t leave PO box address which are not accepted by shipping company.
4. Can I receive the parcel on Saturday or Sunday?
The DHL and FedEx are weekend off.If the parcel has been arrived your city,you can go to the local sites to receive it.
5. I am in a remote area, can you ship it?
Generally, we can ship to most of the countries and regions worldwide, but individual places may be charged remote fees. If the zip code in the area can not be found on the express delivery system, we will not be able to ship it.
6. Can i change address after place an order?
Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vacation address as we do not know how long the destination's customs department will have the package on hold.

Yes, you can. You can leave a note in your order, or call DHL/FedEx to apply the service. After you applied the service without signature,if the package is lost or stolen, we do not take any responsibility.
