Processing Time


CARINAHAIRWIGS ships worldwide mostly uses FedEx and DHL.

Delivery time=Processing Time + Shipping Time. 

Processing Time: Some of our wigs' processing time is within 1-3 business days. eg: Straight wigs and Body wave wigs. Processing time of other items or some options like large cap size and colorful wig, processing time is within 5-10 business days.


Processing time differs from product to product. For black & 613 wigs, ship within 1-3 business days, while colorful wigss may take up to 5-7 working days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your email address notifying you of your tracking details and projected delivery date.


For your convenience, we ship for free worldwide. 


Shipping Time

USA: 3-5 business days.

Other Countries: 3-7 business days.

For pre-sale or customized items, it will need (5-10days) extra to be ready for shipment then. Please confirm shipping time with our service via info@carinahairwigs.com.


*Please note:
1. The time frame mentioned above doesn't include production time and account for delays caused by vendors or service and weather disruptions.
2. PO. Box is not accepted. Don't use a PO.Box as your shipping address. Otherwise, the package can not be delivered.
3. Shipping times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. There are many factors that may cause the delay of your item, e.g. holiday season, bad weather conditions, strikes as well as war, covid or other disease policies, etc. We appreciate your kind understanding for any possible inconvenience.
4. The cost incurred due to the buyer’s delivery delay or address modification shall be borne by the buyer.
5. The buyer need to pay for the cost incurred due to the buyer's cancellation or return of the order halfway for personal reasons.


*Please be aware that any customs duty or tax involved at the customs of the customer's country will be borne by customers. The price for any order at Idefinewig does not include the customs duties or taxes.


Track your order

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. You can also log in to our website and track your order under "Track Order"
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number. Here you can see how to track your order. If you require further tracking information, please contact us.
*Please note that when the carrier returns an Undeliverable package because of address problem to us, you will be charged for reshipping costs, if you require refund.


Helpful Hint: 

1. Normally, the local shipper deliveries package on workday( Mon. - Fri.), to ensure safe delivery of your parcel, so it is best for you to choose an address where you can receive package on workday as shipping address. It's best to keep your phone open during estimated time of arrival, because shipper might contact you via phone.

2. The shipping service we used is required to have the customer's signature for a successful delivery. So please make sure that you or your authorized person at shipping address. If we shipped to your shipping address and have a signature file, we do not take responsibility once the package is lost or stolen. Therefore, please make sure that you or an authorized person are at the delivery address.
